We adore preparing and packing up orders for delivery and take great care to have them shipped out in a timely manner! Our Team prepares every order with lots of love, so please allow up to 5-7 business days for non-personalized orders to be fulfilled & up to 3-4 weeks for embroidered and custom-made graphic orders to be fulfilled. We will always send you your tracking information just as soon as your order ships! Please note that once items are in the hands of the delivery service, Shop MLP is unable to provide assistance with package tracking and arrival dates as the status is in the hands of the delivery service once a package has been entered into their delivery system.

-Please note that expedited shipping is available upon request, just send us an email if you are in need of this! This option will expedite the shipping time, but it will not affect the processing time. Please note we are unable to guarantee an exact arrival date as that is dependent upon the postal service. As a very small boutique, our team does need the full turnaround time to prepare orders, especially during times of high order volumes. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge your understanding of this, and we thank you for your patience and understanding of our policies :)

Conditions include, but are not limited to, holidays, inclement weather, or other delays surrounding the shipping provider. Please be sure to double check that your shipping address is correct prior to placing your order. Shop Miss Lulu Pearl is not held responsible for packages that are delayed, not delivered &/or damaged, lost or stolen during the shipping process. Once an order is shipped and leaves our business, we are unable to provide support due to issues that occur during the shipping process. Packages will be sent to the address provided at checkout, so please be sure to double check that the address is correct before finalizing your order! If you need to file a claim for a damaged or missing package, we encourage you to reach out to your local postal office.
