**Please note that due to the custom nature of our embroidered and graphic design items, we regret that we do not offer returns or refunds on any personalized or custom-made items. All personalized items are Final Sale. Due to the nature of custom-made items, there may be slight variations as every item is made to order and they are not mass produced. 

**Please note that all seasonal items (holiday themed outfits and pajamas, swimwear & otherwise noted seasonal wear), jewelry, accessories & sale Items are Final Sale. We highly recommend using the size charts for all of the wearables to ensure a proper fit as these specific items are not eligible for returns, exchanges or refunds. 

If you need to return a non-personalized item, we offer Store Credit only. Please notify us about Return needs within 48 hours of receiving your item(s). All return costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving. Our Boutique strives to provide one-of-a-kind items and we carry a limited stock of each style. We may not have the exact product in stock at the time of your return. 

To request a return on non-personalized items:

1.  Email us at info@shopmisslulupearl.com & please include your Order # & reason for requesting a return. Once approved, our team will respond to you with the address where you can send your return to!

2. Items must be returned to us unwashed, unworn and in the original packaging. Any items that do not meet these criteria upon return will not be eligible for Store Credit.  

3. The mailing date must fall within 7 days from the date you received your package. Items that are returned to us past the 7 day window are not eligible for return. The cost to return the package to Shop Miss Lulu Pearl is the sole responsibility of the customer.

3. As soon as we receive your return and it is approved, Shop Miss Lulu Pearl will issue you your Store Credit via email.
